Vesper is operated by PT Agatis Investama Abadi ("Vesper", "we", "us"), a company registered in Indonesia. You can reach us at support@agatisgroup.com.

2. The extension

Vesper is a browser extension that applies a dark theme to websites you visit. The core extension is provided free of charge. It runs entirely on your device and does not require an account.

3. Vesper Pro license

• Vesper Pro is an optional, one-time purchase of US$14.99 that unlocks additional features (such as Reading mode) and all future Pro features.
• A purchase grants you a lifetime, non-exclusive license activatable on up to five devices.
• Licenses are personal and may not be resold, sublicensed, or shared publicly.
• Payments and license delivery are handled by our authorized reseller, Lemon Squeezy, who acts as merchant of record.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, redistribute, or attempt to circumvent the licensing of Vesper, and not to use the extension for any unlawful purpose.

5. Refunds

Vesper Pro is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. Please see our Refund Policy for details on how to request a refund.

6. Disclaimer & liability

Vesper is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PT Agatis Investama Abadi is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the extension. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use of Vesper after changes constitutes acceptance.
