Refund Policy

Vesper Pro comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.

Eligibility

You may request a full refund of your Vesper Pro purchase within 14 days of the original purchase date, for any reason. The refund covers the full US$14.99 license price.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@agatisgroup.com from the address you used at checkout.
  2. Include your order number or the email receipt from Lemon Squeezy.
  3. We'll process the refund within 5 business days. The funds are returned to your original payment method by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, the associated Vesper Pro license is deactivated and Pro features return to the free tier. The core extension keeps working as normal.

Chargebacks

If you have any issue with a charge, please contact us first — we resolve almost every request quickly. This is faster than a bank chargeback and helps us keep Vesper available to everyone.
